Question 1

What if you stop updating MiroMiro?

Accepted Answer

Every Lifetime purchase includes every future update, forever - that's the promise. MiroMiro is built and maintained full-time, and updates ship monthly. If we ever stopped shipping, you'd still own the version you have, working in your browser, with no kill switch and no remote license check.

Question 2

Can I get a refund on Lifetime?

Accepted Answer

Yes - 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Try it for a month. If it doesn't save you the price back in hours, email support and we'll refund the full €69. You keep nothing to argue about and we keep nothing to defend.

Question 3

What if you go out of business?

Accepted Answer

The Chrome extension keeps working - it runs locally in your browser and doesn't require our servers for the core inspection, extraction, and export features. Your saved library is exportable at any time. We're a profitable indie product with no investors and no burn rate, so this is the most honest contingency answer we can give: the lights stay on because we run them ourselves.

Question 4

Why is Lifetime only €69? What's the catch?

Accepted Answer

No catch. €69 is roughly 8 months of the monthly plan - we picked it because browser extensions sell as one-time purchases for this category (designers don't want another subscription). The price will rise as more Lifetime spots sell - early customers lock in the lowest tier forever. The math works for us because Lifetime customers are our best advocates, refer the most users, and keep using the tool for years.

Question 5

What's the difference between Monthly and Lifetime?

Accepted Answer

Same features, same limits. Monthly is €9/month while you're subscribed and stops when you cancel. Lifetime is €69 once - every feature, every future update, forever. Lifetime pays for itself in 8 months. Most people who try Monthly switch to Lifetime within the first 60 days.

Question 6

What happens after my 3-day free trial?

Accepted Answer

The trial ends and MiroMiro stops extracting until you pick a paid plan. Your saved library and extracted assets stay intact - we don't delete them. Pick Lifetime for a single €69 payment, or Monthly at €9/month if you prefer.

Question 7

Is my data private when using MiroMiro?

Accepted Answer

Yes. MiroMiro processes most extraction locally in your browser - colors, CSS, design tokens, and asset analysis never leave your device. We only store usage metrics to enforce plan limits. We don't sell your data, we don't share it with third parties, and we don't have an ad business.
